    针对上述不安全状况特制定如下措施： 一 安全措施 安全措施如下： 1排水 淹孔

    这种情况发生在大量地下水或地表水流入孔内，致使孔内充满积水，孔被淹没

    对于地表水，主要是暴雨季节，孔周又无挡水措施，且排水不及时所致，尤其晚上不连续作业，更易发生

     为此，应在孔周用砖墙砌成临时挡水结构或堆土将孔口标高抬高，不使地表水流入孔内

    对渗流水，首先要掌握地质资料，有无可能与江河贯通，如果有高透水层，应配置足够的排水设备

    如经计算，确实渗水量很大，必要时可打设隔水钢板桩或进行注泵处理

    大量抽水还应注意两个问题:一是管涌，即在孔底随着渗流水的排出

    二是大量土颗粒的带入，导致孔外地面沉降，危及临近建筑物或地面交通

    开挖面暴露时间过长；每段护圈混凝土分段过高，致使开挖面过高，挖孔被水浸泡，渗水严重等均会造成坍孔

    对于施工人员的培训，以及派有一定挖孔桩经验的操作人员作业是很重要的

    一个有经验的操作工，能准确判断有无能坍孔并采取相应的措施

    当遇到极差土层，来不及支模浇注护圈混凝土时，对这种个别情况，可用钢制护圈替代混凝土护圈，以及达到几十支护

    对于当天已挖完土的该段护圈，必须将混凝土浇注完，不应放到第二天

    护圈的壁厚只能大不能小，也即挖土宁可往外多挖一些，以保证有足够的壁厚

     6挖孔到设计标高后，应将孔底面层的虚土铲除，必要时要施以夯击

    如是爆破开挖，应将孔底松动的岩石清除，经各方验孔后方可浇注桩体混凝土

    如果周壁土质较好，无大量渗水，最后一段护圈混凝土可不浇注，该段作为桩体一部分与桩体同时浇注，对整根桩的受力性能是有力的

     7桩体混凝土浇注时必须做到大量地下水渗入，混凝土应通过窜筒下到孔底，当不能排除大量渗水时，可用水下灌注混凝土方法施工桩体混凝土（当渗水量超过0.3L/s时，常用此法）

    半年来，在领导的关心指导下，在同事的支持帮助下，我不但勤奋踏实地完成了本职工作，而且顺利完成了领导交办的各项临时任务，自身在各方面都有所提升

    为了更好地做好今后的工作，总结经验，吸取教训，本人就上半年的工作总结为以下几项：        一、工作收获        在这几个月，我作为质检员，认真学习公司质量管理控制流程，根据岗位职责的要求主要有以下几点收获：          1、首件检验我严格按照控制计划要求，做到不漏检，不少检

              2、巡检巡检是一项细致的工作

    “细节决定成败”，在巡检的过程中，对工序流转的产品，必须按产品流转控制程序办理相关手续后方可放行，并执行上道工序对下道工序负责，下道工序复验上道工序的制度，做到层层把关

              3、异常反馈在生产中经常会因为设备或员工的原因，出现各种各样的异常，小则损坏单个组件，大则损坏成批的组件，出现异常，我会第一时间通知上级领导，及时的处理问题

              4、原辅料的取样存放工作我严格按照公司管理要求，做到不漏取，不少取习各种原辅料的物理化学性质，合理存放

              5、样品检验检验工作是一项精细的检验过程

    “细节决定成败”，在试验的过程中我本着严谨的工作态度做每一项试验

    目前我已掌握了所有原辅料的检验方法及步骤

            二、感想及体会        1、态度决定一切工作时一定要一丝不苟，仔细认真

    不能老是出错，有必要时检测一下自己的工作结果，以确定自己的工作万无一失

    工作之余还要经常总结工作教训，不断提高工作效率，并从中总结工作经验

    虽然工作中我会犯一些错误，受到领导的批评，但是我并不认为这是一件可耻的事，因为我认为这些错误和批评可以让我在以后的工作中避免类似错误，而且可以让我在工作中更快的成长起来

    在和大家工作的这段时间里，他们严谨、认真的工作作风给我留下了深刻的印象，我也从他们身上学到了很多自己缺少的东西

              2、勤于思考岗位的日常工作比较繁琐，这就需要我们一定要勤于思考，改进工作方法，提高工作效率，减少工作时间

              3、不断学习要不断的丰富自己的专业知识和专业技能，这会使我的工作更加得心应手

    一个人要在自己的职位上有所作为，就必须要对职位的专业知识熟知，并在不断的学习中拓宽自己的知识面

    我就像一张白纸，刚进公司纸上一个字没有，到现在，纸上工整的写满了字迹

    离开学校，单位是我的第二课堂

    经过几个月在化验室的学习，现在我已达到了正式员工的工作水平

              三、自身的不足        1、工作中偶有因为马虎而造成工作失误，给工作带来不必要的麻烦

    以后我会以严谨的工作态度仔细完成本职工作

              2、要进一步加强组件检验工作的系统性、科学性，提高综合分析、解决问题的能力

              3、在完成领导交办的任务的基础上，发挥自身优势，继续加强专业知识的学习，进一步提高各项组件的检验技能
